Rams Put Wade Phillips On Hot Seat

The St. Louis Rams hammered the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday afternoon 34-14 and in doing so have placed Wade Phillips on the coaching hot seat. Tim Cowlishaw of the Dallas News is basically calling for Phillips head. I am not one to ever want someone to lose their job but I do love seeing the Dallas circus veer off course. Way to go Rams!!!
Phillips' low-key demeanor and aw-shucks approach elevated a team that had been beaten down by four years under Bill Parcells. But all of that is gone now. It's just a team of uninspired excuse makers who take their cue from the head coach.

According to the Canadian Press Phillips is fine for now:
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said after Sunday's loss to the Rams that coach Wade Phillips' job is not in danger. "No, it is not," Jones said after Dallas' 34-14 loss. "Emphatically, no."
