C.J. Ah You Out For The Season

Well as things have went for the St. Louis Rams for a while now, as they take 1 step forward they always take a step backwards. The Rams have now lost C.J. Ah You for the year. C.J. Ah You tore the ACL in his left knee during practice on Wednesday. Ah You was starting to rotate in and play well on the D-Line. For the 2009 season Ah You had 17 tackles and a sack, 15 of those tackles in the last four games that he played. Hopefully he will be able to return for the 2010 season.
